What these terms are

These are beta terms. The keyed products of the Diet Bloxy Cola API are a private beta: accounts are approved by hand, there is no fee, and nothing here promises uptime. The keyless endpoints need no account and are not covered by an agreement at all; they are public data with cache headers. By making an account you accept these terms, effective 2026-09-04. We are Diet Bloxy Cola, an independent Roblox game studio in New York.

The account

• One account per Roblox account. You sign in with Roblox; the Roblox user id is the account's identity and we never ask for a password.
• What you tell us about the account (a display name, an email if you give one) must be accurate and yours.
• The account holder is responsible for its keys: for keeping them on the server, for rotating one that leaked, and for everything sent with them. A request that carries your key is your request.
• An account made for someone under 18, or by someone acting for a game they do not own or work on, may be closed.

Acceptable use

You may use the keyed products for your own games' data and for data that is public on Roblox. You may not:

• scrape, enumerate or profile Roblox users, or build anything that exposes one user's data to another;
• resell, rent, syndicate or otherwise pass on data obtained through the API;
• use any user data obtained through the API to train an AI or language model;
• send us, or through us to anyone, individual user data you may not share. The Discord relay refuses identity fields (a user id, a username, a display name) for that reason;
• probe, overload or work around the limits, the quotas or the switches;
• put a key in a client, a web page or a place file, or share one outside your team.

The Roblox Creator Terms, the Creator Third Party App Policy and Roblox's rule of 2026-06-02 on user data (creators may not send individual user data to social platforms, chat applications, advertising networks, vendors or partners for their own business purposes) are part of these terms by reference. Where they and these terms disagree, theirs win.

Plans, limits and quotas

Every account is on a plan, and every keyed product allows a plan a number of requests a minute, a burst and, for some products, a monthly quota. The numbers are on each product's page and on the rate limits page; GET /v1/account shows yours. We may change the free plan's numbers with 30 days' notice on the changelog; a change that gives you more needs no notice.

Suspension and the switches

Every product has a switch per account and a switch for everyone. We may turn a product off for your account when it is used against these terms, and off for everyone during an incident or a change on Roblox's side; a switched-off product answers product_disabled. An account used abusively is suspended and told why, and its holder may write to us to have the suspension reviewed. We tell you before we act where telling you first is possible, and at once where it is not.

Availability

The keyed tier is offered as is and as available, on a best-effort basis, with no service level agreement in the beta. We watch error rates and latency and we fix what breaks, but nothing here promises a number. The keyless answers stay cached at the CDN through an outage on our side, which is why nothing in a game should depend on the API being up.

Fees

There are no fees in the beta. If a paid plan is introduced, it is announced on the changelog at least 30 days ahead, and nothing you have is moved onto it without your consent.

Leaving

You may delete your account at any time, from the portal or with DELETE /v1/account. The keys die at once; the rows go after a 30-day grace, as the retention schedule states, and a written confirmation follows. We may close an account that has broken these terms, with the same grace unless the law requires otherwise.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which in the beta is zero, and we are not liable for consequential, indirect, incidental or special damages, or for lost revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

A change to these terms is announced on the changelog and, for a material change, by mail to the address on the account 30 days before it takes effect. Using the keyed tier after that date is accepting the change; deleting the account before it is not.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the State of New York, and any dispute is heard in its courts. Write to hello@dietbloxycola.com about anything on this page.
